The New Patient Experience/Sales and Marketing is three full days with Dr. Schuster. He presents a focused learning experience on patient engagement through a complete examination, diagnosis, treatment plan, and review of findings. Dr. Schuster also teaches a concept contrary to most dentists’ beliefs – that dentists need not stay isolated from one another because they are not in competition. Key foundational skills and systems will be presented to aid in the development of a practice based on service and excellence. This is a foundational event which typically creates more change and growth in practices than any other learning opportunity.
