While we would love to have every student here in person sitting in our classroom for every class, we realize this is not feasible for most practices. Travel time, expense and being away from the office are always a struggle. To alleviate this concern, we now offer a major portion of our curriculum online.
We do this through video learning followed by coaching calls to discuss any questions you may have. There is a manual for each video sent to you ahead of time for you to download and print if you wish. The video link is then sent and you have a time period where it will be available for you to view. After that time period has expired, a new manual and video will become available and so on until you have completed that particular portion of the curriculum. If you are enrolled in the next section, the sequence of emails will automatically begin.
We have found that students appreciate being able to access the learning in the comfort of their office during their team meeting. The video length is appropriate for a team meeting with time after for processing. By learning things in smaller segments, the retention is increased.
