Separating your practice from the ‘herd’ of mediocrity. Using Principles and Models of human development we will fashion a renewal of your life and practice. This is a Renewal of Practice Workshop aimed directly at those who have reached a place in their career that they simply can’t go any farther, reach any higher. This workshop is for dentists who are ON A PLATEAU and are experiencing any of the following:

Creating a Diagnostically Driven, Patient Centered Level III Practice: 3 Day Workshop

Advanced Case Presentation Workshop: 2 Day Workshop
This is a one-on-one workshop for those who are diagnosing and presenting cases in excess of $40,000 on a regular basis.
- You will bring your own Videos (Flip or otherwise) of your New Patient Interviews and Review of Findings and will Advance more in 3 days than you would 10 years on your own.
- This is like a Recurrency Course. As a pilot, I have more than 800 hours of training in my 32 year period of flying.
- The reason you do recurrency training is we all fall into bad habits. The same is true in your examination, diagnosis and treatment planning process.
- This workshop is designed for those with Advanced Training or Specialty training and want to not only increase Case Acceptance but also build a referral driven practice.

The Refresher Course
Once graduated from the Management Program, teams often find the need to revisit their learning from The Schuster Center. Whether new staff has been added or time has elapsed, The Refresher Course provides a perfect opportunity to expose any new team members to the management model as well as spark enthusiasm and bring new energy to your day-to-day activities. We offer the Refresher Course here in Scottsdale at least once yearly. However, we will bring the training to your home town if you can coordinate 5 or more groups for the session.

- New team members have not been adequately trained on the philosophy of your practice and/or the management systems in the practice.
